Topic: The Uncompromising Standard Of God’s Holiness
Key Text: Leviticus 19:2 KJV - Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

The only standard of holiness that can take one into the Kingdom of God is the one that is of God Almighty, who is the King of His Kingdom, has commanded. No church, government or any human standard of holiness below God's standard would take anyone to Heaven. Man would always want to limit the standard of what he or she can bear. When God says that be holy, He meant to be holy in all ramifications of life and anything short of holiness is rebellion. Leviticus 11:44 KJV 

Holiness Is A Complete Package: One cannot be said to be holy because he or she preaches about holiness, dresses holy, or behaves holy. No, it's more than that. Everything about one who is holy must be godly. Nothing should be short about the person practising holiness. His or her thoughts about others must be pure, the actions, reactions, the heart, the body, marriage, and business relationship with others must be godly. 2 Corinthians 7:1 KJV

Are You Holy? You may say what kind of a question is this? Yes, the question is, are you holy? It simply means you are not if you can't answer the question, so you need to work on yourself before it's too late. Without holiness, no one can see the Lord. It means you are on your way to hellfire if you are not holy. Throw away every ungodly thing from you; work on your heart and body, and your soul and spirit must be upright to enter God's holy Kingdom. Note, life is meaningless without being born again and living holy. Matthew 5:48 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my Father, have mercy on me for ever thinking it's not possible to be holy, yet thinking I will be allowed into your Kingdom with iniquity. Grant me the grace to be holy as I have come to the knowledge of the truth, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy. Leviticus 11:45 KJV
