Topic: Self Enslavement

-And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Many believers are running from one pastor to another looking to be delivered from sicknesses, enemies, and from all kinds of spiritual enslavements. It means such people are seeking freedom, which is a very important thing for everyone to seek. Freedom is what everyone should seek for, but it's unfortunate that not many people  actually want to gain freedom as they profess. Matthew 6:33 KJV 

Freedom is within everyone who actually wants to be free. Jesus Christ is the only source of freedom we need. It's a pity that many of us have decided to keep ourselves in bondage. The true source of freedom (JESUS CHRIST) has told us the simple answer to our quest for freedom "you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free" Galatians 5:13 KJV 

But how many of us want to be told the truth? We need freedom, but running from the truth that has the power of freedom. A man with three wives would want to be free from attack, but tell him to do away with polygamy and stick to one wife; anger would come. People are oppressed by the powers of darkness, tell them to do away with satanic properties and they would run away. So many people are busy looking for prayers everywhere in sin and not solution in holiness. Romans 6:16 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, grant me the grace to seek the biblical truth that would bring solution to my lingering problems; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen

Reflection: - Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. 1 Timothy 4:1 KJV
