During the early years of Christianity, the church of Christ grew greatly, because the early Christians walked in line with the apostles' doctrine and did everything in common. With gladness and singleness of heart, they followed the same course and minded the same things. They united themselves under the same umbrella of the Holy Spirit, and with genuine hearts, they continued daily in one accord, communing together in breaking of bread and so on. This made them obtain favour from all men, and the Lord added to the church daily those who were to be saved. Acts 2:45-47 KJV

There are countless believers who are afraid to fully surrender to Jesus Christ in pure holiness and true righteousness because of the fear of being abandoned by church brethren, friends, and families. The fear of being lonely has made many believers to continuously identify themselves with other people, regardless of the life they are living. Many believers want to feel that they belong; as such, they are more concerned about the popularity of the man or woman of God and their mega congregations, rather than the presence of God in their lives and making it into heaven at last. Luke 9:23 KJV

The saints who are seated in heaven with the Lord Jesus, the old apostles and martyrs to be precise, did everything possible to carry their cross in order to obtain the crown of righteousness that they have now. Apostle Paul was able to proclaim that he had fought the good fight of faith and finished his course, and so were his counterparts. These were all fellow soldiers of Christ who stood for the same course and fought for it with their lives till the end. Evidently, the majority of today's believers don't even care about the Word of God. The Word of God is now as heavy as a bag of cement in most believer's hands. They go to church with the mindset of seeing an entertainer coming to make them laugh away their sorrow, or expecting the pastor to preach a sugar-coated message that could coverup their manifold sins they're loaded with. Many go to church to dance their worldly Christian music, eat, drink, and return home in preparation to dwell more in sin and iniquity. What a generation of vipers!Ephesians 5:15-17 KJV

I wonder if people usually see what I see, or reason the way I do whenever I travel from my country of residence to other countries for the work of God(ministration). Unquestionably, no one gets to the airport and walks into the plane without the necessary security checks. According to the law at the Port of Departure, individuals would be checked, scanned, and fingerprinted if need be. No one can just jump down and walk into another country at will. The worst happens at the Port of Entry, where everyone's documents are stamped by the immigration officer. Psalm 24:3-4 KJV

It's a pity that a majority of today's believers have not made up their minds for anything. All they know is to attend church services on Sundays, and life goes on as it is. To them, there's no difference between godliness and worldliness. They consider false prophets and genuine ministers as the same, as long as the name "Jesus Christ"is being mentioned during prayer. No focus of eternity whatsoever in their views, as any doctrine is totally acceptable to them. The words ''born again" and "holiness" are completely foreign to them. Malachi 3:18 KJV

I have a simple question for those believers who are not ready to serve God in holiness and true righteousness, and those believers who are always looking for what they can gain in their lustful desires. Are you ready to take the mark of the beast when you are left behind after the rapture? I know many would say, "God forbid!" It is certain that you will definitely take it because you won't be able to stand the unbearable pain for an hour. Hunger alone would make many beg for the mark. 1 John 2:18 KJV

Since the fall of man, humanity has resulted in going after lies and falsehood, thereby becoming an enemy of the truth. The hatred for the gospel of truth started in the Old Testament, and not just in the New Testament. Indeed, humanity has become a lover of darkness. No wonder when Stephen was about to be stoned to death, he asked the Jews which true prophet did their fathers not persecute and kill. King Ahab hated Prophet Micaiah, 1 King 22:1-28, the true prophet of God, and followed after the four hundred lying prophets who always told him what he wanted to hear. The same thing is happening today; Christians are either fighting or running away from men of God with the complete painful but gainful truth. 2 Peter 2:1-3 KJV

I have never seen anyone who waited on the Lord faithfully in a time of need or trouble who was not visited by God at His own appointed time. We need to develop the mind of waiting on God's appointed time in order for Him to do what we know only He can do. Most of the time, our problem is that we pray with a set time in our hearts when we expect our prayers to be answered. Many end up being disappointed and tend to walk out on God when their own set time passes, without their prayers being answered. Isaiah 30:18 KJV
