Topic: Keep The Faith And Finish Your Course
Key Text: 2 Timothy 4:7 KJV - I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.

The saints who are seated in heaven with the Lord Jesus, the old apostles and martyrs to be precise, did everything possible to carry their cross in order to obtain the crown of righteousness that they have now. Apostle Paul was able to proclaim that he had fought the good fight of faith and finished his course, and so were his counterparts. These were all fellow soldiers of Christ who stood for the same course and fought for it with their lives till the end. Now, they are happily rejoicing after having obtained the crown of glory that they laboured so hard to achieve. 2 Timothy 2:2-5 KJV 

Giving Up Is Not An Option: Apostle Paul asked in Romans 8:35, "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?" Beloved brethren, anything that's capable of separating you from the love of God is an enemy to your soul. Not even the suffering that Christ went through on His way to the cross could separate Him from the love and mission He had for humanity. He went through it and conquered for your sake, so that you could become a conqueror. So, why give up? 2 Timothy 2:10-12 KJV 

Strive Lawfully And Make Full Proof Of Your Ministry: Beloved brethren, those who strove lawfully and made full proof of their ministry, enduring afflictions and all things, finally obtained the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. So therefore, if we choose to carry our cross for Christ's sake, we shall also reign with Him; but if we deny Him, He will also deny us. Hence, let us keep pressing forward, forgetting those things that are behind and looking on to the crown and glory that will be revealed at the end of our journey. 2 Timothy 4:5 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, I receive the grace to carry my cross in holiness and righteousness till the end, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20 KJV
