TITLE: COME OUT OF PRETENSE AND HYPOCRISY (PART 4)

KEY TEXT: Luke 13:26-27 KJV: “Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are. Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.”

Many will say on the last day that they read the Bible everyday, sang, did evangelism; but in hypocrisy, lies, hatred in the heart. You are the one the Bible is talking about in Matthew 7:20-23. The Lord will tell you, you did not bear the fruit He wanted you to bear, and that will make you a worker of iniquity. We must decide to come out today; today is the day of decision. 2 Corinthians 6:2

Decide if you want to come out as real or to full-time worldliness. It is suffering to not do what the world is doing, but still be hypocritical in your heart. The Lord is saying that He wants to know who is truly on His side. There is no line to mix two worlds; it is either you are of God, or of the devil. When you shall come before God in hypocrisy on the last day, He will spew you out of His mouth (throw you to hell) because you were neither here, nor there. Revelation 3:15-16

When Judas Iscariot was thinking of betraying Christ and looking for an opportunity to betray Him, he never knew what he was doing to himself. When the devil needed somebody to use, he saw him because he was never real. Satan knows you, the day he will look for a candidate, he will find you because he knows you have never been for the Lord. Luke 22:3

PRAYER: Almighty Father, wherever I have been giving Satan an occasion to mock You through my pretentious lifestyle, I repent today. Henceforth, I refuse to allow Satan to mock You through me, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Job 15:34 KJV: “For the congregation of hypocrites shall be desolate, and fire shall consume the tabernacles of bribery.
