TITLE: NO ACCEPTABLE DEFENSE BEFORE GOD IN ETERNITY (PART 2)

KEY TEXT: Ephesians 5:27 KJV: That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Many people are deceiving themselves by expecting to live with the same God that they have refused to live for now. They are willfully living in sin and refusing to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior, yet expecting that same Jesus to welcome them into His Kingdom after wasting their lives living for satan. It is impossible for anyone who refuses to live for Christ on earth to enter Heaven; anyone that wilfully lives in sin will also be ready to willingly spend eternity in hellfire. Matthew 10:33-35

Remember, there is no repentance in the grave. Your record of the life you led while on earth will stand to pass a sentence on you in eternity when you die. You will either be told, ''Welcome, my faithful servant,'' or, ''Depart to everlasting torment, you wicked and unfaithful fool.” God will not force anyone to live for Him, nor will He force anyone into His Kingdom. You have the right, as a free moral agent, to either serve God or Satan; live a life worthy of Heaven or hellfire. The choice is yours to make. 2 Corinthians 5:10

MAKE YOUR WAYS RIGHT BEFORE THE LORD NOW: Beloved in Christ, as you are reading this message, many have been told to depart to an everlasting torment and they are crying, “Had I known, I would have made my way right with God.” Do you want to get there and cry, saying, “Had I known,” too? Do you want to hear, ''Depart from me, you worker of iniquity,” or, “You fool,” before you know how serious it is? Please run to Jesus now and be saved. Strive to serve God in Spirit and in truth; in holiness and in righteousness; in obedience and in perfection to His Word; not with flattering lips for an outward show, only to gain the praises of men and be celebrated unto damnation. Luke 13:24

PRAYER: O Lord, my God, have mercy and forgive me for the careless life I have lived. Grant me the grace to keep my garment of salvation unspotted, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: 2 Peter 3:14 KJV: “Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.”
