TITLE: YOUR SUBMISSION, NOT YOUR SITUATION (PART 4)

KEY TEXT: Micah 6:7 KJV: “Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?”

Would the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams or with ten thousand rivers of oil offered to Him in iniquity? No. God is looking for those who will do justly and walk humbly with Him. Not those paying tithe in iniquity, thinking that the pastor will pronounce a blessing and it will come. A pastor can only pronounce, but it is up to God to answer it. A pastor can only support you in prayer, but He that answers will check your file first. James 4:8

It is the connection you have with God that will make your rain to fall easily. Let us therefore stop running from pastor to pastor. God is ready to bless us when we meet His demands. God has a plan for you. He wants to give you that blessing, but He requires that you keep His commandments and come before Him in humility. Then Satan will run away from you. Deuteronomy 10:11

Demons will never run from you until you run to God and obey Him. It is the presence of God in you that will make Satan flee from you. And the Lord will not stand for you when you are a rebel. Let us come and reason with God now in total submission. There is a new calling from God now; yesterday is gone. Respond to that call and stop running. If you refuse, you shall be devoured. Isaiah 1:19-20

PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, I run no more from You. I humbly come to reason with You for the forgiveness of my sins, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Psalm 10:17 KJV: “Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear.”
