TITLE: YOU, YOUR GLORY AND THE IDOLS IN YOUR LIFE (PART 3)

KEY TEXT: Ephesians 5:2 KJV: “And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.”

We can stay for years without quarrelling with brethren. Satan cannot come if we do not allow him. He could not get Job because Job was living right and not a gossiper, or a man of jealousy, etc. His perfection pushed Satan away. Our perfection and love for another will make Satan look at us from a distance. Let us live to frustrate the devil by loving genuinely. Let us also pray in unity and no power will be able to block our prayers. Galatians 5:13-14

What is happening today is that we are running one race with different minds. How do we make this rapture when our hearts and minds are divided and there is no love for others? We wait for the news of him that has fallen so we can laugh. You are waiting to see how far they can go. Let us learn to praise and encourage others to make Christ happy. If you feel the person is doing the wrong thing, call them and advise them instead of pushing them into a hole you have dug for them. Jude 1:23

If we knew that the rapture would happen, we would be very careful, knowing that any little thing would make you remain on earth while others have flown away. It will be a pity if those of the world, who thought you were pure and holy, will call your phone number after the rapture and you are still on earth. They will mock you. Matthew 24:42

PRAYER: Almighty God, empower the Body of Christ to love genuinely and be at peace and unity with one another, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Philippians 2:2 KJV: “Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.”
