TITLE: GOD WILL INTERVENE IN YOUR SITUATION 

KEY TEXT: “Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments” (Exodus 6:6 KJV).

I have seen people in very critical and hopeless situations where everyone and everything gave up on them, but God showed up and intervened in their lives. In many cases, the person or family became an outcast in society, friends deserted them, or relatives drew their line of communication with them because of their condition. Some husbands/wives abandoned their spouses as the situation became critically unbearable. In Job's case, the wife advised him to curse God and die (Job 2:9-10). For Abraham, Sarah gave her maid to him to bear him a child (Genesis 16:1-3). Hannah was mocked and laughed at by Peninnah (1 Samuel 1:6). In the case of the man by the pool of Bethesda, he was abandoned by everyone for thirty-eight years. John 8:7 KJV

GOD INTERVENED IN ALL: I have never seen any situation that has resisted God’s divine intervention when He decided to show up, but this is done on His own timing to showcase His glory. God showed up in all the cases previously mentioned. Situations that defied all human solutions saw God and bowed. There is no situation that is sincerely presented to God, without having a second thought, that will not receive a solution. God is ready to show up in that situation if you allow Him. Can you give up the situation to God and leave it to Him? The God who intervened for Hannah and took away her shame can do the same for you. Philippians 4:19 KJV

YOUR CASE IS NOT TOO HARD FOR GOD: Has satan been lying to you, telling you that your case is the worst on earth? Maybe you have gone everywhere, searching for a solution, and perhaps those around have given up on you because there is nothing more they could do to help with the situation. But God is going to show up and intervene for you, only if you trust Him with all your heart and let Him be the only one you are depending on. Weep no more, and keep your hands clean and your heart pure. Wait on God while doing something that raises His name, and He will not let Himself down in your life. Remain strong and courageous. Isaiah 40:31 KJV 

PRAYER: O Lord, my God, I surrender all my problems and situations to you completely. Have mercy and intervene in my life, and grant me the grace to lift your name while waiting patiently for my day of your intervention that would showcase your glory in my life and family, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27 KJV).
