TITLE: HYPOCRISY IS PROHIBITED 
 
Key Text: “Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity” (Matthew 23:28 KJV). 
 
Every company would love to employ people who will work sincerely with the management. No one is comfortable with a hypocrite because his or her work or commitment is not to be relied on. Everything he or she does is for his or her own selfish interest, and he or she pretends to uphold the company's interest while pulling it down secretly. We are living in an era called the perilous time. This is a period when the love of self has dug deep into people's hearts. The wave of hypocrisy is not sparing the children of God either. Almost everyone on earth is eating from the son of perdition's table called the deceiver. You can hardly see friends or partners who are sincere these days, or even a child of God who you could entrust anything with without him or her having an evil, ulterior motive in mind. Matthew 15:7-9 KJV 
 
MOST BELIEVERS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY: Who will deliver the people from what is about to befall this wicked and adulterous generation? This is a generation that men of God can hardly eat or drink with each other freely because they fear being harmed or poisoned. Almost everyone is looking for how to bring someone else down and climb into self-destruction. You hardly see people doing things sincerely because they lack the love and fear of God. The love and fear of God no longer have a place in most believers' hearts. All one mostly sees today is eye service; building with one hand and demolishing with the other hand secretly. Beloved in Christ, are you real in whatever you are doing? Titus 1:16 KJV 
 
MOST BELIEVERS HEARTS ARE STONY: Satan has penetrated deeply into many believers and removed their godly hearts, replacing them with stone. Most Christians do not even know when they sin anymore. Sinful living has become normal to them. Some believers know very well that they are hypocrites and they are comfortable with it, not minding what is ahead of them in eternity. Beloved in Christ, examine yourself to see if you have the seed of hypocrisy in you. Cry to God for mercy and deliverance. Satan will destroy your soul in hell if you die with your hypocritical lifestyle. 1 Timothy 4:2 KJV 
 
Prayer: My Father, my God, I want to be real with you, myself, and others. Examine me to see if there is any hypocrisy in me. Have mercy on me and deliver me from the spirit behind it, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.  
 
Reflection: “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived” (2 Timothy 3:13 KJV).
