Topic: The Unchanging Perfect Love Of God 
Key Text: Deuteronomy 7:9 KJV - Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.

God is love and everything about Him is love. He created the heavens and the earth with love. He rules the heaven with tender love and gave the earth to humanity that He created in His image and likeness to have dominion over, replenish, and subdue it. All was done out of perfect love. He visited man and communed with man as a father would do to his children. He made Himself known to man and gave him His lovely commands that man should keep and live by it. Ephesians 2:4 KJV 

Celebrating the Love of God in Hatred and in Sin: Man in his quest for freedom from the divine freedom of God has put himself into bondage and damnation. Man was made perfect in love from the beginning until the search for independence. He got it through the crafty colonist called the devil. He colonised man and put the yoke of death upon humanity. Man became what he longed to be as Satan deceived him. He became wise in craftiness and subtlety. Genesis 3:1-7 KJV 

God's love in Redemption: Despite the fact that man failed God and lost his true perfect nature, God searched out redemption for man in His love. He came out of Himself and became flesh and died for the sins of mankind to reconcile man to Himself again in a painful and horrible way. Man has abused that grace and love; hence, celebrating God's love and grace in sin and iniquity, hoping to see Him hanged on the Cross the second time. Romans 5:8 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, I am indeed very sorry for taking your kindness and love for granted. I have abused your love for me, killing you again and again through my sinfulness. I repent today and have decided to celebrate your holy love for me, in holiness and true righteousness; so help me God, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 1 John 3:1 KJV
