Topic: The world And Her Lusts Will Pass Away                                                    
Key Text: Matthew 24:35 KJV - Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Everyone living in this world should have it in mind that humanity's existence is not a permanent residence in this sinful world. It would be foolishness for anyone living on earth to be working hard to invest his or her time and strength in acquiring wealth and possessions that would not go with them into the grave. We must learn to be content with whatever we have, no matter how little it might be. Better is little with righteousness than great revenue without righteousness. Proverbs 16:8 KJV 

Labour Not For Vanity: I keep sounding this note of warning to those who care to listen. The only labour that has an eternal reward is the labour for the work of God. The reward would only come when the labourer is working without hypocrisy, but with a pure heart and clean hands. The first apostles of Jesus Christ laboured for the saving of their souls, and they all made it to heaven. Colossians 3:1-6 KJV 

Put Aside All Fleshy Desire: Do you really want to make it into heaven? Concentrate on serving God, and let Him do the blessing and rewarding by Himself. You can't pursue money and God at the same time. Just as the management of a firm pay its workers, so it is with God. Do the work, and let God do the payment. Remember, nothing in this world is forever, so don't go to hellfire for any reason. Mark 8:36 KJV 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to concentrate on the saving of my soul, rather than pursuing the things that would profit me nothing at the end; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul. Matthew 16:26 KJV
