Topic: Joyful Lifestyle Demanded 
Key Text: Matthew 6:34 KJV - Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Every believer would be living joyfully if we really follow the teachings and the lifestyle of Jesus Christ which He exhibited while he was on earth. Jesus Christ never entangled Himself with the affairs of this world; yet, He lived a joyful life while He was on earth. He never had any need to borrow money to build a house or labour to be wealthy. He understood that He was living in a world full of trouble. He learnt to tackle everyday's trouble as they come; not like the people of the world that worry themselves about the future. Matthew 11: 28-30 KJV 

Worrying Would Get You Off Track: We all have one life to live here on earth; then eternity. Jesus Christ know that we don't have so much life to live here on earth so He advised us to take life one day at a time. No wonder He taught us to ask for daily bread in our prayers. Many christians are not taking heed to God's word; they overload their minds with so much worries. Learn to trust God in every situation. John 16:33 KJV 

Joy Is Required In Doing God's Will: Jesus Christ was joyful all through his earthly life. Why? He was always doing what was written of him. He was focused and obedient to Him that sent him to the world. True joy can only come through total obedience to the Word of God. Do only those things that gladden the heart of God; and let God take over your worries. Take your burden to God in prayers and do not worry. Take life easy one day at a time; and focus on your eternal life. John 3:3 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, grant me the grace to do only those things that glorify  you, as I overcome worries today; in Jesus Christ mighty name; amen.

Reflection: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you .1 Peter 5:7 KJV
