TITLE: APPLY THE BLOOD OF JESUS

KEY TEXT: Romans 5:9 KJV: “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”

OVERCOME ALL BY THE BLOOD: With the blood of Jesus, we have authority over Satan and his cohorts. It's unfortunate that Satan knows more than most Christians about the power given to us by the blood of Jesus. The devil doesn't want us to learn about the blood; he hates it and will do anything to keep us from operating in what belongs to us. The blood is our defense—it declares we are not guilty and frees us from all penalties of sin. The power of the blood of Jesus is enough to overcome everything coming against us. Plead the blood of Jesus always in your going out and coming in. Revelation 12:11

ENGAGING THE BLOOD: The blood of Jesus shed for us brings us daily and sure freedom from sin. The blood of Jesus shed for humanity is the antidote, to appease the wrath of God that came through the fall of man. The shedding of the efficacious power in His blood unlocked unmerited graces for us; it is by the effective blood of Jesus Christ that we can unlock and enter God’s kingdom at last if we understand and apply it in our lives for God’s mercies. Ephesians 2:13

DAILY APPLICATION OF THE BLOOD: The power of the blood of Jesus is essential for our healing and salvation. Every time we apply the blood, we receive cleansing from sins and gain power to dissolve any sickness known to man. We need to activate and put to work the blood of Jesus because failure to do so means failure to be cleansed from your sin today. Consciously having faith in the blood will change your life. Do you know a conscious and intentional determination is needed to receive healing and the blessings the blood provides? Exodus 12:13

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, let your blood wash and purify me from anything that will taint me, and today, I apply your blood over every facet of my life, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Hebrews 9:14 KJV: “How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?”
