Topic: Chasing Peace Without Holiness
Key Text: Hebrews 12:14 KJV - Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

It is written to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. To seek God's kingdom outside of holiness is like embarking on a suicide mission which leads to a waste of precious time and energy. Also, seeking peace in the absence of holiness; is like looking for a black pen in the dark. The world leaders are looking for peace outside of the Prince of Peace; the more they seek peace the more disaster they encounter. Romans 8:6 KJV 

Apply Biblical Wisdom: The Scripture cannot be broken for anyone. Most preachers apply human wisdom in teaching their gullible members; who would not bother to seek the Holy Spirit after hearing from their men and women of God. The Preacher explained in 1 Timothy 2:9b, not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array. They would forget the braided hair and jump over to earrings; the end would tell. Psalm 119:89 KJV 

Seek God In Spirit And In Truth: The things of God is far beyond human carnal knowledge. One must be in the spirit to understand the things written or said by God.  Unfortunately, most men and women of God are like Secondary school bible knowledge teachers. Most pastors who went to theology school end up tearing believer's garment of Salvation into pieces and sending them to hell fire with their carnal knowledge of the word of God. John 4:24 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, have mercy on your children who are chasing peace outside holiness and seeking your kingdom with human knowledge of the word of God. Grant your children access to the Holy Spirit to avoid disappointment at last; in Jesus Christ mighty name; amen.

Reflection: For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJV
