After the fall of man in the garden of Eden and with the coming of sin into the world, man has lost his original place that was in God. The bond and commitment that existed between God and man was broken, and man lost his place in eternity with God. The world needed a Saviour to bring redemption to the perishing souls and to destroy the wall of partition that existed between God and man, as well as to restore man to his original place in God. And because the blood of goats and rams were not enough for total purification of sins, Jesus Christ gave up Himself to be slain, so that through His blood, humanity can find redemption and be free from sin and everlasting damnation in hellfire. Colossians 1:20-22 KJV

There is a great difference when using what one bought with his or her money and what is borrowed. Only a fool would borrow money from the bank and use it to organise a party and would see everyone eating, drinking, and making all kinds of merriment, knowing that he or she would have to pay back the money with interest. Well, many have actually done so by borrowing money to organise a birthday party and other irrelevant and ungodly parties, only to draw attention to themselves and make themselves important before the eyes of people, but dying silently in pain, awaiting to pay off debts. Psalm 37:21 KJV

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has given everyone the free opportunity to walk with Him and work for Him, unlike the human employers who would tell their employees to be giving daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly report of their services, as the case might be. Man could do eyeservice by being busy doing nothing to win the heart of his or her employer, or could write a report that would gladden the superior. Jesus Christ has given His workers free will to be working until an appointed time. Romans 2:6 KJV

One might wonder how can one be a blessing and be deprived of being blessed at the same time. It's very possible to be a blessing yet not being blessed for obvious reasons. The problem with humanity is that it measures blessings by what it sees, but it's much more than that. Yes, one can be a channel of blessings, but he or she is not a recipient of the same blessings. I believe you can now understand the point I am trying to drive home. I could ask someone to help me give something to another person; the one I sent was a blessing to the one I gave it to, but he or she may not have been given any blessing. Deuteronomy 32:52 KJV

I lament for the Muslims and the people of the world because of the kind of heart and mind a majority of them possess; their sincerity and truthfulness is worthy of emulation. But what does that profit them without Jesus Christ in their lives? They are sincerely going to hellfire if they die without Christ in them. What about those who say they are born again, especially most believers in Africa, Nigerians in particular. Sincerity is a taboo to most Christians; most pastors are not sincere to themselves, not to think of being sincere to God or their fellow man. Proverbs 27:19 KJV

I wonder if those who boast of themselves actually know what they are doing? I often hear people saying, "Let me be! Don't correct me! Don't judge me! It's my life to live, so let me live it the way I choose to!" What an error indeed! What makes you feel it's your life? And what made it your life? Which part of your body did you create by yourself or bought in the market? Can you create a living fingernail? You are fooling yourself and not God whenever you think the life you are living belongs to you, and that you could change it to anything that seems good to your carnal eyes. Romans 11:36 KJV

The only standard of holiness that can take one into the Kingdom of God is the one that is of God Almighty, who is the King of His Kingdom, has commanded. No church, government or any human standard of holiness below God's standard would take anyone to Heaven. Man would always want to limit the standard of what he or she can bear. When God says that be holy, He meant to be holy in all ramifications of life and anything short of holiness is rebellion. Leviticus 11:44 KJV

I wonder how the apostles and believers of old who have gone to rest with Jesus Christ in heaven would feel when the report of this generation of unserious, unreliable and dispensation of bread and butter Christians is being shared with them. Heaven is highly disappointed with the Christianity of today. The world has now gotten married to the church. Jesus told us that the world would hate us, but is that the case today? It is certain that everyone born into this world must breathe his or her last breath someday; then comes the reality of it all. No amount of wealth can stop anyone from dying.
