TITLE: A BELIEVER'S FAITHFULNESS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

KEY TEXT: Luke 12:42 KJV: “And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?”

As Christians, our faithfulness is not just a commitment to our beliefs, but a testament to our relationship with God. In 1 Corinthians 4:2, it states, “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” This verse reminds us that faithfulness is not merely an option but a requirement in our journey of serving God. Just as God remains faithful to us, we are called to mirror that faithfulness in our actions, words, and thoughts. JOHN 14:15

It is written in Proverbs 3:3-4, “Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.” This passage highlights the importance of embodying faithfulness through our virtues and principles. By adhering to God's teachings and staying true to His word, we not only find favor in His sight but also earn the respect and trust of those around us. PSALMS 101:6

Hebrews 11:1 beautifully captures the essence of faithfulness, stating, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Our faithfulness is grounded in the firm belief of God's promises, even when they seem intangible or distant. It's a steadfast trust in His guidance and provision, regardless of life's challenges or uncertainties. Through unwavering faithfulness, we not only honor God but also inspire others to embrace the power of faith in their own lives. DEUTERONOMY 6:5

PRAYER: O Lord, my God, please grant me the grace to be faithful to you in all honesty and in every condition, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Hebrews 10:23 KJV: “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering.”
