TITLE: DEEPER HOLINESS DEMANDED (PART 2)

KEY TEXT: Leviticus 19:2 KJV: “Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy.”

For us to be friends of God, there should be nothing short of holiness. It is either you are holy, or you are on your way to hell. I don't know that thing you are still compromising saying it is just a little thing. You comfort yourself saying at least you are better than others. No, lay aside and go deeper in God until your spirit, soul and body is perfect. Everything in heaven is perfect. Therefore, for us to enter that Kingdom, we must be perfect. Whatever wouldn't allow you to push further, whatever dragging you back when you try to move forward, you better cut it off. Matthew 5:48

It is time for us to dig deeper into ourselves, to know those things in us or around us that are systematically chasing us to hell while comfortably thinking we are holy. Search out every sin in your life, whether big or small. Everything called sin must be done away with. The only righteousness and holiness that will make you enter the kingdom of God is the one that makes you look beyond what others are doing and focus on winning the race. Leviticus 11:45

God is holy. Our tongues must be holy, our reasoning must be holy, and everything about us must be holy. Don't allow your friends and family to take you to hell. Make the decision that you came from heaven and heaven you shall return. I know that the kingdom I want to enter in is a holy kingdom. For me to join the holy people in heaven, I must also be holy. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, whatever I must do away with to make it to heaven, help me to do away with it, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: Matthew 5:29 KJV: “And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.”
