TITLE: GOD IS A WAY-MAKER

KEY TEXT: “And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever“ (Exodus 14:13 KJV).

When the Israelites were being pursued by the Egyptians, they thought they were trapped until the Lord divided the sea and made an escape route. Sometimes believers succumb to satan’s lie that they cannot make it, and this results in believers getting caught in a web of fear. What satan wants is for believers to doubt God, and this makes God angry. Exodus 14:21-22 KJV

Unbelief can keep a believer in the same situation. Because of the issues of life, many believers backslide and crucify Jesus Christ afresh (Hebrews 6:4-6). If you are a believer who is thinking of giving up, remember that you have come too far to quit. The devil will even remind you of your past to discourage you, but the Lord has already forgiven you. Hebrews 10:38 KJV

God is not a human that makes mistakes. He keeps His promises. Please be encouraged and stay with the Lord. As long as you are still alive and striving in holiness, the Lord will surely fulfil His promises in your life. Some situations are there for the glory of God to manifest (John 9:1-3). Praise the Lord in every situation. Psalm 43:5 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, please forgive me for the times I have doubted you. I receive the grace to always believe in you and remain steadfast, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “For with God nothing shall be impossible” (Luke 1:37 KJV).
