Topic: Trust And Fear God Alone
Key Text: Proverbs 14:26 KJV - In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. 

When the fear of God is in a man, the grace to always trust God in all things would be given to him. God knows those who fear Him, and He will always do great things in their lives that would make them trust Him even more. When the fear of God is in a man, the confidence to boldly stand before men, no matter how highly rated they are, would always be in him. Those who fear God will always see God and not man in all that they do. Psalm 33:18-19 KJV

There's Joy Trusting In God: There's always an unspeakable joy in the hearts of those who fear and love God. Those who always fear and love God put Him first in all that they do, making Him their foremost priority. They go where God's presence will follow them; they say things that will not offend God; they seek the will of God Almighty in all they do. And since God is always put first in all that they do, He would always place them first in blessings, protection, and granting them their petition. Psalm 5:11-12 KJV

Man Will Fail You: David said in the book of Psalm 118:8 that it’s better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is foolish for one to put confidence in a man who has no power over his life. Why would you place your hope in a man who doesn't know what is ahead of him? Only God can promise you and keep you alive to fulfil it, since He has life in Him. So, place your hope and trust in God alone. Psalm 91:2 & Psalm 146:3-5 KJV

Trust God And Live: There's divine security for those whose trust is in God. Their lives are hidden in Him; there's a hedge around those who trust, fear, and love God; He is a refuge and fortress to those who put their confidence in Him. Learn to trust God in everything and not just in some things. I mean, even in that situation around you right now, and see how great and powerful God is. Psalm 91:2 KJV 

Prayer: My God and my Lord, have mercy upon me and forgive me in any way I have put my trust in a man or my own ability. My trust will be on you from now on. Let everything about me be under your divine care from now on, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength. Isaiah 26:4 KJV
