Key Text: John 3:19-KJV And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

No human being with their right senses would prefer to stay in darkness while the light is available; even an insane person would see darkness and run to light; just as an insane person would watch the road carefully before crossing the road in other not to be knocked down by a vehicle. Why is it that those who say they are well and sound in mind are not being able to see darkness and run away or see a dangerous moving vehicle and run away from the road? John 12:40 KJV

Men Prefer Death To Life: It is written, the light(LIFE) comes but men Love darkness  (DEATH) Men are now adapted to darkness (SIN). It's surprising to know that someone would know he or she is living in sin and that sin would lead to death which would eventually end up in hell fire; but still wants to keep enjoying the motion of the temporary pleasures; not knowing they are indirectly eating up their souls unknown to them. Jesus Christ came to save mankind because He saw the pain and anguish those in hell fire are going through; but a lot of souls are still heading to Hell fire voluntarily. John 3:18 KJV 

What Would you Gain? What would you tell your soul if after the few years of pleasures of Iniquity you enjoyed on earth? If you die and find yourself in hell fire, the first thing you would remember is the bright light Jesus brought your way and you decided to follow darkness. You would remember the message you heard that could have saved you but you turned it down. You would remember all the things you enjoyed on earth that you would never see again in your eternal pain if you refuse to repent. The only end point for all sinners is hell fire; the choice is yours. Romans 6:23 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, have mercy on me in anyway I have seen light and preferred darkness; knowingly or unknowingly, give me the grace to follow the light I have found now in Christ till you come to take me home in Jesus Christ mighty name,  amen. 

Reflection: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal heart.
