TITLE: UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE UNTO GOD 

KEY TEXT: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service” (Romans 12:1 KJV).

I am beginning to believe that many men of God, as they proudly want to be addressed, are deliberately making those who are serving God under their care or in their ministries to live in error, making them joyfully serve God in an unacceptable way and endangering their souls to eternal damnation. Many believers are like sheep without a shepherd, rejoicing in their slave-to-sin lifestyle while the men on the pulpits who are supposed to guide them with the truth of God's Word through the narrow way are making the road more broad and damnable. Many believers today are serving God under His raging anger unknowingly. How could a child expect his or her parents to be happy when he or she does not follow his or her parents’ instructions? Many expect God to be happy with them in their rebellion. Any service rendered to God in disobedience, sin, or against the Word of God is considered rebellion, and such services provoke God's anger. Hence, the majority of today's churches are under the wrath of God because of worldliness. ISAIAH 3:8 KJV

 TITLE: DEAD TO SIN AND ALIVE IN CHRIST

 KEY TEXT: “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin” (Romans 6:6 KJV).

 This is one major problem with the professing believers in this new age. Dying to the world and letting the old man be crucified is not what many want to experience today. Even the men of God run from the crucifixion of the flesh, and telling them to do so is like telling an old man to go for circumcision. Not everyone can be like Abraham, who obeyed God and went through the painful circumcision in his old age. Dying to self and crucifying the old man is even more painful than being circumcised at an old age. Unfortunately, not too many believers want to go through that. Romans 6:12 KJV

TITLE: THE CHURCH AS THE BODY OF CHRIST

KEY TEXT: “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2 KJV).


It is heartbreaking to see people going directly opposite the way God expects His children to live or co-exist. God expects everyone, especially the Christian families, to be one another's keeper. But the children of God are fighting, defrauding, and killing one another. It is difficult these days for a child of God to eat and drink freely with a fellow child of God. There is so much competition in the body of Christ. Believers are behaving as if the Church is not for Christ anymore. A pastor who is supposed to bear another pastor’s burden would be doing things to inflict more pain to the other’s burden. Many now see the Church as a company that is not the body of Christ, hence, they could kill, lie, and do any dubious thing to grow their company, which is disguised as a church. Some of the children of God whom the church is supposed to bear their burdens, are being killed and used to lay foundations. They are used as a sacrifice to the devil for their church's rapid growth. Such men of gods are living in luxury while Christ is lamenting. 1 John 4:11 KJV

*KEY TEXT: “Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy” (Leviticus 19:2 KJV).*
 
*Holiness is not a doctrine of a particular church, nor is it a duty that some sets of Christians should perform. Holiness is a life of God. Everything about God is centered on holiness, and anything outside holiness has no place in God. Some churches see holiness as bondage, and they have concluded that any one or any church living in holiness is living in bondage, but the God they claim to serve is demanding for what they are running from (or else all their labor is in vain). Many who do not want to live holy are creating a form of holiness that cannot take anyone to Heaven.*
*The only standard of holiness that can take one into the Kingdom of God is the one that is of God Almighty. No church, government, or any human standard of holiness below God’s standard would take anyone to Heaven. Man would always want to reduce God’s standard in anything to the standard he or she can bear. When God says to be holy, He means complete holiness in all areas of life. Anything short of God’s kind of holiness is manipulation. Leviticus 11:44 KJV*

TITLE: THE JOURNEY OF MANDATORY BATTLES 

KEY TEXT: “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, hereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses” (1 Timothy 6:12 KJV).

If there is anything most believers today do not want to hear or encounter, is battle. Many actually think coming to Christ exonerates them from battles. Most preachers in today's churches make their members to believe they are free from battles since they are in the church, hence, making them victims to demons because of lack of prayers. Some pastors make their members to depend on them, trusting in their pictures and other materials like aprons, magic sticks, anointed sand, etc. But you must be aware that the life of every genuine believer is a life of constant battles. Genuine Christians face battles on every side, and these battles go on and on until one breathes the last breath. Child of God, understand that the devil will fight you, as long as you are on the Lord’s side and have Heaven as your ultimate goal, even when you are not ready to fight him. Every child of God must be battle-ready at all times in order to keep fighting his or her way through, until the gate of Heaven is opened for one to enter. 1 Corinthians 15:57 KJV

TITLE: OBEDIENCE WITHOUT OFFENCE

KEY TEXT: “And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men” (Acts 24:16 KJV).


Paul, the Apostle, already knew the crown of glory was waiting for him, and he was sure that he had fought the good fight of faith and won the race, even while he was yet to leave the earth (2 Timothy 4:7-8). The reason was because he examined himself and his conscience was cleared of guilt. He knew his work for God and walk with Christ was without offence. He was a man who obeyed without complaining and gave all of himself to Christ without reservation. No wonder he could boldly say: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”Galatians 2:20 KJV

TITLE: JOYFUL AND WILFUL FAITHFULNESS DEMANDED 

KEY TEXT: “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2 KJV).

Every company needs faithful employees. Everyone wants to have a faithful friend. No man or woman prays to have an unfaithful spouse, but a man or woman who God has favoured with a faithful husband or wife is ever thankful because that is the bedrock of a progressive family. Any company with faithful workers would definitely have nothing to fear about being wrecked. Anyone who has a faithful friend would never think of being betrayed or sold out to the enemies someday. People in Europe that have faithful and God-fearing relatives always have something to show for their labour back home. The same thing with the church of God. Any Church with a faithful, God-fearing and committed workforce would undoubtedly grow and be the pride of God. But how many can proudly say they are faithful in their friendship? How many spouses could boldly say they are faithful in all ramifications to their husband or wife? How many church workers are committed and faithful to their duties and service unto God? 1 Timothy 3:11 KJV

Heaven is lamenting over most churches and believers that have become troubled fountains and corrupt springs because of compromises. Most churches that were once a joy to Heaven because of their stand in holiness have fallen before the wicked world and ate the forbidden fruit of worldliness. The world has entered the Church, and it is proudly seated at the front, parading her sodomized lifestyle. Comedians and worldly music artists are now honoured in the holy place of God to teach the Church how to be wayward and worldly. Most churches and their congregations are learning the ways of hell at a fast pace. James 1:12 KJV

We are living in an era where God is no more reverenced, feared, and glorified. We are in a time where God is totally out of the minds of people. Many countries now see their presidents or so-called leaders of the country as god. People no longer see God as the Creator of the earth. Man has taken the place of God in the lives of fellow men. Most churches now honour the men of God than God who called the men of God. Some have taken over the title REVEREND, which is meant for God alone. But God is everywhere, watching and seeing men displaying their damnable foolishness, thinking they are wise. God is God and ever present in all generations. Only those who are blind to who God is would try to challenge His authority. God would never struggle with man. No one could fight God, hence, anyone who fights God on earth should wait to have a better fight in eternity. Philippians 2:10-11; John 1:1-5 KJV

TITLE: WHO WOULD WELCOME YOU AT LAST?

KEY TEXT: “His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord” (Matthew 25:21 KJV).

I want to believe every believer is expecting to be welcomed in the eternal home someday. I do not think there is any true Christian who has read the Bible that would doubt the existence of heaven and hell. That means everyone understands that there is Satan in hellfire and God in heaven to welcome anyone who comes to any of these two places. Here comes the question, “Where would you be welcomed, heaven or hell?” The answer does not end in just a word of mouth, but mostly in the action you take. No believer wants to hear “Depart, I know you not” from Jesus Christ. I trust everyone is expecting to see our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, the old apostles, all the saints, and the holy angels someday in glory. Those who are deliberately living in sin, making a mockery of holiness messages and fighting those preaching the painful but gainful messages of salvation also want to be welcomed in heaven where nothing unrighteous is found. Romans 6:23 KJV
