TITLE: UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE UNTO GOD 

KEY TEXT: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service” (Romans 12:1 KJV).

I am beginning to believe that many men of God, as they proudly want to be addressed, are deliberately making those who are serving God under their care or in their ministries to live in error, making them joyfully serve God in an unacceptable way and endangering their souls to eternal damnation. Many believers are like sheep without a shepherd, rejoicing in their slave-to-sin lifestyle while the men on the pulpits who are supposed to guide them with the truth of God's Word through the narrow way are making the road more broad and damnable. Many believers today are serving God under His raging anger unknowingly. How could a child expect his or her parents to be happy when he or she does not follow his or her parents’ instructions? Many expect God to be happy with them in their rebellion. Any service rendered to God in disobedience, sin, or against the Word of God is considered rebellion, and such services provoke God's anger. Hence, the majority of today's churches are under the wrath of God because of worldliness. ISAIAH 3:8 KJV 

FOLLOW GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS: This is one thing most church leaders of today do not want to hear. They want to be self-directed, making themselves gods of the Church. There is no open confession of sin or error by the men of God before their congregations; they make themselves perfect before the eyes of the people, and everyone under them are walking joyfully in error to hell. God is a God of rules and regulations, and He has given His children the principle of serving Him. It is written: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24 KJV). But so many believers have decided to ignore this laid down principle of serving God and decided to worship Him in worldliness and falsehood. 1 JOHN 2:4 KJV

DELIBERATE MISLEADING OF SOULS: Most so-called men of god today are agents of satan, who are deliberately leading the children of God in error to populate hell. They value the temporary pleasures of iniquity more than the suffering of Christ and His treasures in Heaven. Satan has deceived many souls by sending his pastors into the world to make people serve God under His wrath. They build churches to make people serve God against His Word or give their followers partial truth that cannot take anyone to the gates of Heaven. Beloved of God, the Word of God never changes. God has said, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth,” (Exodus 20:3-4 KJV). Anyone who does what is written in that Scripture is calling for the wrath of God. That is exactly what most churches are doing, worshiping the creation but calling on the name of the Creator (Jesus Christ). Most choristers are living in worldliness, rehearsing what they will do in hell before satan and his demons after death. You must be holy and blameless for your services to be reasonable before God. 1 PETER 3:9 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, have mercy on me and forgive me if I have allowed the agents of satan on pulpits to deceive me into error. I repent today. Open my eyes to the knowledge of your Word to know the tricks of satan and his agents, so that I will not join the damned souls in hell, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me” (Matthew 15:8 KJV).
