TITLE: HOW MUCH DO YOU VALUE YOUR SOUL?

KEY TEXT: “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:2-3 KJV).

The believers in the early Church lived their lives focusing on their eternity with God. The things of this world were counted as vanity to them. Material acquisition was not in their agenda, hence, they could sell all they had and distribute to those who had not, and none lacked anything, unlike today, where the men of God are living luxuriously, and those they are leading are like beggars. In the early Church, men of God and their followers understood what Colossians 3:1-3 actually meant. It is imperative to examine one’s soul to see if it is in line with the Word of God. One may think his or her ways are right with God, hoping to enter Heaven easily. Most people who are in hell had the hope of entering Heaven through self-estimation, but were disappointed. 1 Peter 1:14-16 KJV

TITLE: STOP BEING UNFRUITFUL

KEY TEXT: "For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 1:8 KJV).

No parent would pray or wish to have children who would grow up and become a liability to them. The dream of every godly and responsible parent is to see their children grow to become useful and helpful to them and the society. How do you expect a mother to be happy seeing her unproductive daughter of thirty years with her in the house, or what parent would be happy seeing their children impregnating women or becoming pregnant, giving birth, and leaving the children for them to care for in their old age, instead of enjoying the fruits of their labour? Not a lot of teachers would be happy to see a student he or she taught become a non-entity, constituting a nuisance to the public, while others are doing well and being useful to themselves, their families, and the society. Matthew 25:21 KJV

TITLE: HOW CONCRETE IS YOUR DECISION TO FOLLOW CHRIST?

KEY TEXT: “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23 KJV).

Not everyone comes to Jesus Christ with the purpose of taking up his or her cross to follow Him daily. Most people came to Jesus Christ so they can enjoy pleasure, being idle, and partying, which is seen in most churches today. Some see the church as a place where people gather to listen to one's encouraging words every Sunday. Most men of God do not even understand the concept of the cross; they cannot give what they do not have to their members. Those who made up their minds to carry their crosses must understand that we are living in a very critical time. It is a time when almost everything is calling for one's attention to sin and transgress against God. The Bible refers to this as the perilous times. Romans 8:18 KJV

TITLE: YOU ARE LIKE YOUR MASTER 

KEY TEXT: “It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?” (Matthew 10:25 KJV)

It should not be a surprising thing to see young men who claim to be preaching the word of God behaving uncontrollably. They defraud people, defile women, stage manage prophecies and miracles, and lie without fear because that is how they were taught by their so-called godfathers or mentors. It is impossible for a dirty stream to bring out clean water. Expecting these upcoming pastors to be godly and holy is like telling a turtle to change its scale to animal skin. Our Lord Jesus Christ, in His word, told us that those who believe in Him are expected to become like Him. He said out of them shall flow rivers that give life. Jesus Christ wants everyone that is associated with Him to become as He is. He is a life-giver and out of Him comes the redemption of mankind through which the world was delivered from the wrath of God, and through Him salvation is given to the souls of the redeemed. Romans 6:23 KJV

 TITLE: PURE BUT NOT PREPARED

 KEY TEXT: “Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish” (Matthew 25:1-2 KJV).

 The worst thing that could happen to anyone is not on planet earth. There are no problems without solutions on earth. One could fail or have disappointments on earth and try again, but definitely not in hellfire. Many professing, holy believers died and went to hellfire before realising that they were not prepared for the eternal journey. I do sometimes ask myself if I am actually prepared for the rapture or to enter Heaven if God decided to call me now. My answer is, “I cannot be prepared enough.” Preparing for Heaven is a non-negotiable task. Being born again or being able to preach, sing, and do certain ministerial work does not make one ready for Heaven. Many are deceived by their work for God without checking their walk with God. Psalm 19:7 KJV

TITLE: WOULD JESUS FIND YOU IN HEAVEN AT THE END OF YOUR LIFE?

There is a set lifestyle that heaven-bound candidates must live in order to enter the Kingdom of God. Anyone who wants to enter the Kingdom of God must live an undisputed lifestyle of God’s holiness and righteousness. The Church was designed for this purpose, to groom believers for their eternal home in Heaven. It is very sad that the Church is now the easiest place where people can go to hell. No wonder the Bible says, “For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jude 1:4 KJV

* KEY TEXT: “How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses” (Jeremiah 5:7 KJV).*
 
* Many are in hellfire today because they thought mercy was a free ticket to commit sin. They had pastors who told them that mercy did not count sin, and that mercy would not care what one did or how one lived his or her life. They told their victims that mercy would go ahead of them to stand for them after death, hence, confession of sin and running away from evil was not necessary until they died and saw that “the once upon a time mercy” has become judgment to them . It is true that God is a very merciful, kind, and generous God, who wants all His creation to be with Him in Heaven. He forgives all manner of sins, and is doing everything to pull man to Himself. He can go to any extent to deliver His children out of the danger of hell. However, no one should think that he or she is so important to God to be left to end up in hellfire. No one is too important to God. His mercy is available as long as one is alive. LUKE 23:43 KJV*

 People have the tendency to always fight those who are preaching about eternity, Heaven, hell, and judgment. They hate to be told they are living wastefully in all their lifestyles of enjoyment. It is so sad to see people going about, celebrating their own lives of destruction with their own money, thinking they have arrived. No doubt, Satan has made it seem like it. What a painful scenario to think you have enjoyed life, only to die and suffer in hell for the life you lived on earth! Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV

 THERE IS NO GAIN OUTSIDE OF CHRIST: Many people still have not understood that life is all vanity. Some take it for a joke, living their lives lavishly anyhow until they enter eternity and see the reality of it. It is written that we brought nothing into this world, and we will surely leave with nothing (1 Timothy 6:7). It may interest you to know that the best those who love you could do when you die is mourn for a few weeks or months. Friends on Facebook will only type “Rest In Peace (R.I.P),” and those on the ground will eat, drink, and get drunk, while your empty, lonely soul will walk down the path to the land of no return. Then, reality will set in, and the torment of your earthly enjoyment of vanity will arise in a place of sorrow, where there is no food, air, or water. Ecclesiastes 12:5 KJV

TITLE: WE ARE ALL IN A MARKETPLACE

KEY TEXT: "This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead" (Ecclesiastes 9:3 KJV).

Many are careless about how they are living their lives. They allow their hearts to be full of evil and madness according to the key text because they fail to realise that the world they are in is a marketplace. No one stays in the market indefinitely; everyone goes back home after trading, hence, we all will definitely leave this marketplace called the world someday. Beloved, how is your trading going? I hope you are keeping a good account that will be presentable before your God, your Maker. Do not forget that you must give an account of all you traded because there is no escape route for anyone. It is written, "For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey." Matthew 25:14-15 KJV

TITLE: UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE UNTO GOD 

KEY TEXT: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service” (Romans 12:1 KJV).

I am beginning to believe that many men of God, as they proudly want to be addressed, are deliberately making those who are serving God under their care or in their ministries to live in error, making them joyfully serve God in an unacceptable way and endangering their souls to eternal damnation. Many believers are like sheep without a shepherd, rejoicing in their slave-to-sin lifestyle while the men on the pulpits who are supposed to guide them with the truth of God's Word through the narrow way are making the road more broad and damnable. Many believers today are serving God under His raging anger unknowingly. How could a child expect his or her parents to be happy when he or she does not follow his or her parents’ instructions? Many expect God to be happy with them in their rebellion. Any service rendered to God in disobedience, sin, or against the Word of God is considered rebellion, and such services provoke God's anger. Hence, the majority of today's churches are under the wrath of God because of worldliness. ISAIAH 3:8 KJV
