TITLE: WHO ARE YOU LIVING FOR?

KEY TEXT: “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord“ (Joshua 24:15 KJV).

It is impossible for one to please and live for God and satan at the same time, but the believers in this generation think they are wise enough to serve both. One must either live like Jesus or the devil, so he or she must choose one to follow. There is only one way that leads to hell, and that is the way of the devil. But the way of Jesus Christ will lead you to Heaven. John 14:6 KJV

If you want to live like Jesus Christ, you must go through the same hardships He went through before you can enter Heaven. The Bible says that we should not be afraid of those who kill the body, but we should fear Him who can destroy both the body and soul. It is unfortunate that many Christians are afraid of being killed by humans, but they are not afraid of God, who can destroy their bodies and souls. Matthew 10:28 KJV

If you want to live like the devil, there are no rules to follow but to live in willful sin. After living a careless life, your final destination will be in hell. The Bible says that blessed are those who have part in the first resurrection, for they have no part in the second death. If you miss the rapture, you will be forced to pay for your own salvation, but how will you do that? Get right with the Lord now. Revelation 20:6 KJV 
 
PRAYER: O Lord, please make me to be like you in all my ways in order for me to have eternal life, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon“ (Matthew 6:24 KJV).
