TITLE: IS YOUR LIFE IN ORDER WITH GOD? (PART 4)

KEY TEXT: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment“ (Hebrews 9:27 KJV).

It is unfortunate that so many people who thought they had many years to live on earth are now in eternity. It is better to live everyday as if it is our last. We must do everything to hold on to the truth of God. Satan does not want anyone holding on to the truth, and he is fighting those who know it. Many believers are slowly fighting the truth within themselves, and they are cutting their crosses shorter as time goes by. James 4:13-14 KJV

Death is something we all must experience if the rapture does not happen during our time. Will death meet you as a holy or unholy person? How are you preparing for that moment? Truthfully speaking, not many believers are ready to face eternity. Sometimes we are carried away with the blessings of God or the problems that surround us. Both blessings and problems could serve as distractions, but strive to remain focused. Hebrews 9:27 KJV

Do you want to start asking God for another chance after you die? Did you know that there have been souls crying in hell for another chance to return to the earth for the past 100 years? Unfortunately for them, their bodies have already decomposed. I am not trying to make anyone feel bad, but our relatives who have died in sin are in hell, begging God for another chance. In hell, there is only a way in but no way out. 2 Corinthians 6:2 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, please help me to do my best to avoid eternal damnation while I am still alive, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit“ (1 Peter 4:6 KJV).
