TITLE: IS YOUR LIFE IN ORDER WITH GOD? (PART 3)

KEY TEXT: “For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright“ (Psalm 11:7 KJV).

We must strive to be upright in everything. If we want to be upright with God, we must not conform to this world’s system. Conformity to the world is a problem that many believers have. Wherever such believers go, they conform to different people and settings, and whenever this happens, God has to remind them of who they really are. Is this supposed to be? Romans 12:2 KJV

DRAW A LINE AND MAINTAIN IT: There are people who may hate you for always being truthful and straightforward. God does not know where some believers belong, because they do not stay in one place. These believers also think they are wise by blending in with different people, but in reality, they are not. Perfection is demanded of us. Ask God to make you upright in everything. Proverbs 10:9 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, please deliver me from the spirit of conformity, and make me upright before you and people, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart“ (Psalm 15:1-2 KJV).
