TITLE: IS YOUR LIFE IN ORDER WITH GOD? (PART 2)

KEY TEXT: “His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord“ (Matthew 25:21 KJV).

Did you know that if you are not faithful in your own affairs, you cannot be faithful with the things of God? Many Christians ask God for more blessings, but the blessings they have already are not being well-managed. We must learn to be faithful and joyful in everything we do for God and people. Luke 16:10 KJV

A lot of Christians are more faithful when it comes to secular activities. But when it comes to God’s work, there are many excuses to give as to why they cannot do anything. For example, a Christian would come home tired from work and still do domestic chores, but that same energy is not there to do anything for God. Luke 16:11-12 KJV

It is better to say that you cannot do something than to say yes and do things inadequately. When something does not pertain to certain believers, they are careless about it, but when it does, they do it with all their heart. Not many believers care about others dying unless it is someone close to them, and because of this, they do not pray for others as they ought to. James 5:16 KJV

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, please give me the spirit of faithfulness, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth“ (Matthew 25:30 KJV).
