 TITLE: DO NOT LIVE YOUR LIFE WASTEFULLY

 KEY TEXT: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭KJV).‬‬

 People have the tendency to always fight those who are preaching about eternity, Heaven, hell, and judgment. They hate to be told they are living wastefully in all their lifestyles of enjoyment. It is so sad to see people going about, celebrating their own lives of destruction with their own money, thinking they have arrived. No doubt, Satan has made it seem like it. What a painful scenario to think you have enjoyed life, only to die and suffer in hell for the life you lived on earth! Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV

 THERE IS NO GAIN OUTSIDE OF CHRIST: Many people still have not understood that life is all vanity. Some take it for a joke, living their lives lavishly anyhow until they enter eternity and see the reality of it. It is written that we brought nothing into this world, and we will surely leave with nothing (1 Timothy 6:7). It may interest you to know that the best those who love you could do when you die is mourn for a few weeks or months. Friends on Facebook will only type “Rest In Peace (R.I.P),” and those on the ground will eat, drink, and get drunk, while your empty, lonely soul will walk down the path to the land of no return. Then, reality will set in, and the torment of your earthly enjoyment of vanity will arise in a place of sorrow, where there is no food, air, or water. Ecclesiastes 12:5 KJV

 WILL YOU LEARN YOUR LESSONS NOW? People are really shortsighted. They will never learn by seeing their peers die. You, who is fond of writing R.I.P, how are you living your life? Is your lifestyle pleasing to God? Have you ever thought you could be next and people will be writing R.I.P while you are being tormented in hell for the sinful life you lived? If you must know, no amount of prayer that people will pray when you die will stand to justify you in eternity. You have the chance to make a better choice now. Only the life of a genuine, born-again child of God living in holiness and righteousness can enter the Kingdom of God. When I mean holiness, I mean God’s complete standard of holiness (in and out), not the fabricated holiness the prosperity pastors of this generation are preaching, saying that God only looks at the heart. Romans 12:1 KJV


 PRAYER: O Lord, please have mercy on me for living my life wastefully without considering how my end would be. I repent of all my sins. Help me live the acceptable life of true holiness and righteousness that will guarantee my soul for Heaven, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

 REFLECTION: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” ‭‭(Romans‬ ‭12:2 ‬ ‭KJV).‬‬
