Topic: Forsaking Salvation For Possession
Text: 2 Timothy 4:10 KJV - For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.

What a catastrophe, for brother Demas; who had done all, to please God all these years; and walking along side with Apostle Paul in holiness and righteousness; and all of a sudden, he turned his back on God; because of what the world has offered him. The same can be said, of so many children of God of today. After years of fervent service unto the Lord; suddenly, they return back to the world; because of its riches, and fame. Unbelievably, many who could have become great instrument in the hands of God; have become tools in the hands of the devil because of Worldliness. 1 John 2: 15-17 KJV 

Warning From Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ had warned us; that no man, having put his hands to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God - Luke 9:62. What is that thing in your life, restricting  you from following Jesus Christ? Have you been so fervent, "all these while", and have seen what other so-called christians are doing; by doing things that are contrary without the view of heaven in their hearts; by making money through mischievous ways; and you're now thinking within you that God Has failed you? Are you now thinking, of the option, of going back to the world, Jesus Christ had delivered you out from? Beloved, I advise you to keep on with God in holiness and righteousness. You would definitely be rewarded in no distance time. Colossians 3: 23-24 KJV 

Message From Paul The Apostle: Apostle Paul, was a servant of Jesus Christ; who lived on earth, just as you and I are today. We read how tirelessly, he worked for Christ; while he was on earth. He went from prison to prison; from one judgment seat to another. He was wrongly accused; yet, in all of these, he never surrendered. See what he said to us - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not - Galatians 6:9. What an encouraging word from a man, who was in prison; yet, comforting those that are free. Let us hold unto our Salvation. In a moment from now, He that we're expecting (Jesus Christ) shall come for us. I pray He will not meet us complaining, wearing things that does not glorify His name, gossiping, and any other kind of lifestyles; that is not in conformity with His Word; and with the children of God; in Jesus mighty name; amen. 2 Corinthians 6:17. Please, repent and accept Jesus Christ today; if you're not yet born again. John 3:3 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, I have chosen to follow you all the days of my life; in holiness and righteousness. Please Lord, grant me the grace never to look back to the world, in Jesus mighty name; amen.
