Topic: The Unprofitable Faith  
Key Text: James 2:14 KJV - What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

Personally, as I pondered on this scripture, the first thing that crossed my mind was Humanity, Rapture, and Heaven. Almost everyone on earth, has the faith or hope, that he or she would make it to heaven when he or she dies. I  remembered a pagan man, who once said that: "we shall all meet in that heaven". This is an hopeless hope for an unrepentant sinner. Everyone on earth; Christians, Muslims, irrespective of their belief system, the God, or gods they are calling upon or worshipping, are convinced  that they would surely make it to heaven. Beloved, is that truly the case? No. Please, allow me to make something very clear to you. Salvation is free; meaning, you don't have to do any work, to gain Salvation. Actually, in other to enter into heaven, or make it in rapture as a believer, there are lots of work that is required of us to be done. Remember, it is written: And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force - Matthew 11:12. You must be ready to work violently in Holiness and Righteousness to enter into heaven. Hebrews 12:14 KJV 

The Price Of Making Heaven: As earlier mentioned, to gain Salvation, is totally free from doing any work. In addition, you're not required to study the Word of God, go for Evangelism, Pay Tithe or give Offering, Fast and Pray, etc in order to gain Salvation. All that is needful, is for the Word of God to be ministered to you: and all you need to do, is to open the door of your heart to Jesus. Revelation 3:20. Furthermore, to make it to heaven or rapture, you need to go beyond just being saved. You must be Prayerful, Study the Word of God, and get Engaged in other Spiritual works; in other to make heaven. There are two classes, or two steps of Salvation. Firstly, Salvation to receive Christ, as a new born baby in Christ. In this class, only believe in Jesus Christ in your heart, and confess with your mouth, that He is your Lord and Saviour. Romans 10: 9-10. Secondly, is to enter into the kingdom of God. This can only be successful, by working it out, through the passage of the Narrow way. Matthew 7:14. This is where you have to fight the battle of superiority over Flesh and Sin. Also, you would need to fight and overcome the battle between You and Self; Sin and Satan; to make it to heaven. Philippians 2:12 KJV 

There Are Souls Of Christians In Hell Fire: It is written, not everyone that confesses Christ as their Lord and Saviour, will eventually make it to heaven: but those who work out their Salvation with fear and trembling. It's those who struggle to win the battle over Self, Sin, and Satan, are those that would have residential permit to heaven.There are lots of souls of believers in hell fire; who believed, they were on their way to heaven. Unfortunately, they followed the teachings of "Once save, always saved". They failed, to run far away from sin; and to work out their Salvation in the fear of the Living God. Romans 6:1-2. Please, if you have not received Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour, do so now, before it's too late. John 3:3 KJV 

Prayer: Father, please give me the grace, to work out my Salvation with fear and trembling as the truth is exposed to me; in Jesus mighty name, amen.
