TITLE: COURAGE IS DEMANDED (PART 5)

KEY TEXT: Numbers 23:19 KJV: “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

COURAGE THROUGH PRAYER: When you are anxious, turn to prayer. God invites you to bring all your concerns to Him, and He will give you the peace and courage you need.
"_Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God._" — Philippians 4:6

GOD HEARS YOUR CRY: God hears you when you call out to Him. In times of distress, He will answer and give you the strength and courage to face your challenges.
"_I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears._" — Psalm 34:4

CHRIST GIVES PEACE: In a world full of tribulations, Jesus offers you His peace. Take courage, for He has already overcome the world, and through Him, you can, too.
"_These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world._" — John 16:33


I hope and wish this message of encouragement give you the strength and courage you need to face any trials that come your way, knowing that God is always with you.


PRAYER: Father, have mercy on me in any way I have not truly been trusting in you, allowing my heart to be afraid. Forgive me and embolden me again to stand firm in every situation, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: 1 JOHN 4:4 KJV: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
