Topic: The Indisputable Power Of Biblical Truth
Key Text: 2 Corinthians 13:7 KJV - Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.

The forces of lies, darkness, wickedness, and deception has for a very long time been at war with the power of truth and light, even right from the fall of man in the garden of Eden, when man disobeyed God. The battle became more intense when the redemption of man through Jesus Christ was announced. The devil and his fallen angels, coupled with his human agents have all been trying to subdue the power of truth and light. He (the devil) through King Herod, tried to kill the Light and Truth (Jesus Christ) when He was born into this world physically, but never prevailed. Jesus Christ willingly gave up Himself to take it again in victory for the redemption of humanity. John 10:18 KJV 

The Truth Never Fights Nor Surrenders: Just as Jesus Christ was on earth as the Light of the world in person, He never fought to prove Himself, nor make His way known to man by force. He was hated for His truth, but never gave up the truth till the end. The only way to freedom is truth; it might not be popular nor accepted, but it remains the only way to freedom. Lies may pay temporarily, darkness may cover-up some things for you for some time, but the end is disastrous and damnation. Are you among those fighting the truth of the gospel? I counsel you to do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 2 Corinthians 13:8 KJV

Only The Truth Guarantees Human Freedom: One could be working in the church and still be lost. Preaching or doing any of the church activities does not make one free, because one could still be in the cage of the devil, yet doing all the busy work for God. You are wasting away, as long as you have not accepted the bitter truth of the gospel. The devil is very okay seeing people falling and getting up in the name of deliverance. He is happy seeing people dancing and giving testimonies, even when preaching, as long as the truth is hidden from the people and subject them to the furious anger of God. Repent and let the truth refine you, else you are living but wasting away unknowingly. Romans 6:18 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, have mercy on me for thinking I'm saved simply because I am working for God, irrespective of the sins am involved in. Free me from the power of sin, as I embrace the power of truth, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.
