Beloved, the same cry that the prophet Isaiah cried; for the children of Israel, while he was on earth, is the same cry that Jesus Christ is crying Himself, for the whole world today. The Lord wants us to stop worrying ourselves over what we know that He could so easily do for us. He wants to provide our needs for us if only we would submit to His will concerning us. The Bible tells us in Genesis 22:1-3 that God tried Abraham to know if he would submit to Him: the Lord asked him to sacrifice his only son to Him, but a ram was provided for the sacrifice when Abraham submitted to God. Also, the Lord pronounced generational blessings upon him. When the children of Israel were in need of water and were about to stone Moses, he cried unto God, and the Lord commanded him to go with the elders before the people and smite the rock with the rod. Moses obeyed the command of the Lord and water was provided for the people.

It's heartbreaking, to know that, so many believers, are not apprehensive (not knowledgeable) of the reason God Almighty allowed His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, to pay such a costly, and painful price, to bring humanity, out of the bondage of darkness (sin), into His marvelous light. There's absolutely no reason, for being saved, if you're not ready to get to heaven. We could relate this to the children of Israel, having no business getting out of Egypt, when they are not fully ready, to get to the Canaan Land. It's frightening to know that, some believers, have concluded in their minds, that heaven is a no go area for them, therefore, they have decided to settle for what life in Christ, could offer here on earth. Take a look at what the Apostle, with the help of the Holy Spirit have to say to such people: If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 1 Corinthians 15:19. Imagine, how melancholy (sorrowful) it would be for those, who use all their precious time to work for themselves, using what this world would offer, all in the name of Pastor, Apostle, Prophet, Bishop, etc. How regrettable it would be, to see how foolish you were, to have lived your life, for earthly benefits, and go to hell at the end.
