JUST TRUST IN GOD AND OBEY HIM.
The easiest way to receive from God is by submitting to His command. The Lord wants to bless you if only you will trust Him enough to obey Him. To cast your burden upon Him is to trust Him and hand over your cares to him. The Lord is not a man that He should lie: He does what He says and says what He does. When the Lord says He will bless you, trust Him because He will bless you. Just learn to be submissive to God and life will be easier for you.

DON'T LEAN ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING 
Dearly beloved in Christ, the Lord wants us to trust Him with all our heart and stop leaning on our own abilities and wisdom - Proverbs 3:5. 
Our abilities will fail us, if we trust in ourselves, no wonder the bible says "Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman keep wake but in vain" - Psalm 127:1-3. 
Trust God with that situation and see how great and faithful He is.

PRAYER 
My Father, my God, have mercy on me for not trusting you with all my heart before now, please grant me the grace to trust and depend on you in all that I do, in Jesus mighty name.

WORD FOR PONDER 
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you- Matthew 7:7.
