TITLE: HOW CONFIDENT ARE YOU IN CHRIST? (PART 5)

KEY TEXT: PROVERBS 3:5 KJV, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

The Lord is telling someone to move forward and not stay in the spot of hopelessness and confusion. Whenever you are afraid, everything about you becomes stagnated. As long as you know that the Lord is your helper, nobody, not even demons, can do anything to you. Be bold to say that God is your helper; be proud of God, and He will never let you down. 1 JOHN 4:18 KJV

In all your ways, acknowledge God, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6). Do not do anything when the Lord is not there for you. When God is not around, let things remain the way they are. Moses said that if the Lord did not go with him, then he would not go. What God did not start with you, He will not end it with you. God can only end what He started. EXODUS 33:15 KJV

Let God be first in whatever you want to do. Always put Him first whenever it comes to your marriage, children, spiritual life, career, etc. Let Him plan and execute things for you. Allow Him to set the foundation in everything. PROVERBS 16:3 KJV

PRAYER: I receive the grace to always allow God to be in charge of anything that I do henceforth, as I joyfully and patiently follow the lead of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil” (PROVERBS 3:7 KJV).
