Topic: The Ultimate Book
Key Text: Revelation 20:15 KJV - And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

It beats my imagination to see how people are struggling to see their names written in various worldly books of records. They would lie, manipulate, kill, etc., to see their reputed names in a book that would get burnt someday, but forgetting the actual book that they should have done all they could to get their names written in. Some fight so hard to get the highest degrees; their names are written in almost all the high ranking institutions, but they forget the actual degree that would keep them for eternity. John 6:27 KJV

The Book One Must Not Do Away With: Our Lord Jesus Christ made us to understand when the seventy returned and reported to Him, how sicknesses and unclean spirits bowed to them at His name. Jesus told them that they should not rejoice at that, but rather to rejoice that their names were written in Heaven. This is unlike many pastors today who would want to hear the people calling them with titles in iniquity. Luke 10:17-20 KJV 

No Rejoicing Until You Are Sure: As it is written in the Bible, the Lord said to the rejoicing disciples not to rejoice that Satan and spirits were subject to them, but that they should rejoice that their names were in the book of life. Now, you can understand that nothing else matters to Jesus Christ than to see your name in the Book of Life. Our evangelism, preaching, performing miracles, paying of tithes, giving of offerings and being celebrated by all is nothing but vanity, if our names are not in the Book of Life. You must be genuinely born again and living a holy life to be found in the Lamb's Book of Life. John 3:3 KJV

Prayer: O Lord, please have mercy on me in any way I have sinned against you. Take my name away from the book of condemnation and write it in the Book of Life, as I surrender to you completely today, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.
