Topic: INCOMPLETE  HOLINESS FORBIDDEN  

Key Text: Matthew 5:8 KJV - Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 


God is a God of perfection; no one can manipulate or cajole Him. It would be counted as chronic foolishness for one to be displaying outward show of holiness and righteousness without first cleansing the inside. Complete holiness is demanded of anyone who wants to make it to heaven. "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God" declares the Bible. Do you still need anyone to tell you to purge your heart from evil? 1 Peter 2:11 KJV 


Hypocrisy Is A Deadly Sin: Some believers who claim to be holy because they no longer put on earrings, make-ups, false hair, etc., are worse than a serpent. They use outward holiness to cover up their evil hearts, but hatred, malice, unforgiveness, jealousy, and all kinds of evil is found in their lives. It might be too late for such believers to realise what they did to their own souls if they don't repent now. Psalm 24:4 KJV 


Complete Holiness Is What Heaven Requires: Holiness and righteousness could be underestimated when one is serving God for just earthly gains. To enter God's kingdom is a different thing entirely; total pureness is required to enter into heaven. The heart and body most be void of sin and iniquity. Nothing unclean, unreal, or fabricated will enter God's kingdom. Repent before it's too late.  Ephesians 5:27 KJV 


Prayer: O Lord, my God, my aim is to see you on the last day and to enter your kingdom. Please, grant me the grace to purge myself from all filthiness and make me entirely holy, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen. 


Reflection: If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 2 Timothy 2:21 KJV
