Topic: What Season Are We In Now?  
Key Text: 1 Chronicles 12:32 KJV - And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.

Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, in His earthly mission, never stopped lamenting over the children of Israel’s inability to discern the times. He lamented that they could study the weather, knowing when it would rain or be sunny, and also knowing when it would be planting and harvesting season; but, they couldn’t discern the written promise of God to redeem mankind. Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV 

Believers Will Not Be Free from Slavery until They Understand the Times: It's very unfortunate that humanity is very slow to know what’s right but quick to know how to do evil. For over two thousand years, the same blindness during Noah's time and the time of Jesus Christ’s physical ministry on earth still persist today. Humanity has refused to wake up to the times and run to God; instead, it wants to remain a slave to sin and Satan. Luke 12:54-56 KJV 

The Perilous Times Are Here: With all the signs of the end times and the closeness of the trumpet to sound the end of all things, it’s very painful to see believers living carefree; they still run after things that profit nothing. Churches have become worldly. The preachings of the Cross and the rapture that are supposed to be the priority in every church, has become a taboo to a majority of men and women of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, my God, have mercy on me in any way I have been chasing after vanities and allowing myself to be blinded against the end-time reality. Please, Lord, open my eyes to the reality of the end times and keep me prepared, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:16-17 KJV
