Topic: Who Counsels Your Counselor?
Key Text: John 16:13 KJV  - Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Many destinies have been turned upside down; countless of marriages are in shambles; loved ones have become chronic enemies; many that were  Saints yesterday have become the enemies of the truth; many souls that were on their way to heaven found themselves in hell fire; all because of wrong counsels from wrong counselors who counsel for their own selfish interest. Romans 16:18 KJV 

Many call themselves  counselors because they are ministers of the gospel; but, children of God have failed to understand that majority of today's ministers are not even born again; not to talk of having relationship with the Holy Spirit; who is the Counselor of the counselors. Some ministers are agent of Satan whose duties are to counsel people out of the way of God into destruction. Proverbs 1:25 KJV 

Beware Of Your Counselor: The only counselor that can counsel one rightly is the man of the Holy Spirit; and only those who walk directly with him can also give a right counsel that can keep one in the way of God and things would go well. Many ministers counsel with their human crafty wisdom; their counsel might sound wonderful; but, the end point is frustration and damnation. Run to the Holy Spirit for a painful but gainful counsel and keep your soul safe. John 14:26 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, lead me to a counselor whose Counselor is the Holy Spirit; in Jesus Christ mighty name; amen. 

Reflection: And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous. Judges 18:5 KJV
