Topic: Selective Obedience Prohibited 
Key Text: James 2:10 KJV- For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

The holiness of God is second to none. God values his word more than any other thing one could think of. No word from the mouth of God should be considered little or irrelevant. God is so mighty and great in power that he cannot speak for speaking sake. He has no reason to flatter anyone with his word. Every word from God should be considered as God himself. Many are ignorant of how much God values any word that comes out of His mouth. Hebrews 4:12 KJV 

Your Feelings And Position Is Irrelevant To God: God is a God of what I tell one I tell all. How you feel about his command is totally not his concern; but, it's unfortunate that many of God's children obey God's word according to how they feel. They only obey the ones they feel it's okay by them; concluding  within them that it's God speaking; but, on the contrary, it's the devil
speaking when the command is not what they want to hear. Mathew 7:21 KJV 

You Are Only What You Are On Earth: Some men of God have so grown that they can choose what to obey and what not to obey even if it's so clear in the Word of God. They are able to streamline God's instructions to their followers who chooses to obey man rather than God's word. Everyone would be made to face the Righteous Judge someday in a place of no return. Don't be Selective in obeying God. Obedience is not by conviction; but, by Submission. Colossians 3:22 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, grant me the grace to overcome the force  behind Selective Obedience; so that I would not be considered foolish at last; in Jesus Christ mighty name, amen.

Reflection: For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. James 2:11 KJV
