Key Text: Psalms 27:1 - A Psalm] of David. THE LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

The hardest and the most horrible life any one can live is the life of fear and torment. In fact, the origin of torment is fear. Many sins originated from  fear; e.g lying deception, hypocrisy, forgery, and so on. People lie most of the time out of fear to cover up their wrong doings; in other to avert punishment. The fear of man always make people to work against God. It's a sin to fear God and man at the same time. Acts 4:19 KJV

The Fear Of Man Has Done Great Damage To The Body Of Christ: Most believers of today have totally wiped out the fear of God from their minds; and it has been replaced by the fear of man; who was supposed to teach the people under their watch the fear of God; but instead they removed the fear of God from the hearts of their congregations, and planted their fear in people's minds. Most of the so-called believers don't care about what the Word of God says anymore. My "GO says" have replaced the "Word of God says" in most congregations. Romans 8:15 KJV 

The Power Of Genuine Repentance: The lack of genuine repentance and true conversion of today's believers, have subjected many believers to the torment of fear and intimidation. Most believers don't even know the reason they are in the church. Some are just there to shout RIDE ON to the noise the so-called pastor is making. A true born again believer have no reason to fear any man on earth. Jesus Christ already told us that we would be hated by ALL men. He even told us we would be killed. So, why are you afraid of what you already know? Pull yourself out of the bondage of the fear of man by submitting yourself to the fear of God. Romans 8:1-2 KJV

Prayer: O Lord my Father, I repent of the sin of living in the fear of man; have mercy and forgive me as I have  decided not to fear man anymore; but to fear you alone and live in obedience to your Word in Jesus Christ mighty name, amen.

Reflection: Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27 KJV
