Key Text: Psalms 91:2 KJV - I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

If there is anything God would allow anyone to temper with, definitely, not with his glory. God meant what He said that He would never share his glory or his praise with anyone. Sadly, many church leaders of today have succeeded in capturing the heart of their congregations into trusting in them more than the Word of God and the God that created them. Some church leaders have even succeeded in taking the Bible from the hands of their members; all they now do is to come to church for entertainment. Isaiah 24:8 KJV 

Stop Holding Down Your Blessing: Most believers are in the waiting room to get their blessings from God. Some have been there for many weeks, months, or years. I fear they would have to wait even much more until they learn to start trusting God alone. Some believers would be thinking of how they would come and thank the pastor when their prayers are answered; forgetting the One who actually answered the prayer. Proverbs  3:5 KJV 

Partial Trust In God Is A Sin: Some believers trust in God but not fully. They would pray to God in the morning and call their native doctor in prophet's clothing for spiritual support in the afternoon. Some don't call prophets or men for solution, yet, they don't totally believe God can help them. They are neither in the world nor trust the Word of God. Some believers don't even believe God can answer them untill one man of God do the prayer for them with some drama added to it,repent and start putting your trust in God and in his word as you surrender your life to Jesus Christ in totality. Psalms 37:4 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my Father, have mercy on me in anyway my mind has been divided in trusting you; I receive the grace to trust you in total obedience and dependance on your Word; in Jesus Christ mighty name, amen. 

Reflection: It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes. Psalm 118:8-9 KJV
