Key Text: Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV - Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

It is written, "For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." This is a Scripture that should make believers to think wisely, learn fast from past biblical histories, and checkmate themselves with their findings, but the reverse is the case. Most believers are using big Bibles for their study, some have more than 15 Bibles in their possessions, yet they are doing totally opposite of what the Bible says. Romans 15:4 KJV

Key Text: John 12:24 KJV - Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour has made it clear that the only way one can have a better thing is to let the "valuable good thing" go. So also, the "valuable better thing" must give way to the "best." Jesus Christ demonstrated this by bearing the pain, shame, humiliation, and horrible death on the cross of Calvary, for the glory that was set for Him before the throne of God. He knew that His death would bring joy to the world and multiplication to the saints in heaven. Hebrews 12:2 KJV

Key Text: 1 Peter 5:7 KJV- Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

The Lord wants us to stop worrying ourselves over what we know He can easily do for us. He wants to provide our needs if only we will submit to His will concerning us. The Bible tells us in Genesis 22:1-3, how Abraham was tried by God to know if he would submit to Him or not. The Lord asked him to sacrifice his only son to Him, but a ram was provided for the sacrifice. Abraham's submission to God's command paved the way for generational blessings from God upon him. When the children of Israel were in need of water and were about to stone Moses, he cried to God, and the Lord commanded him to go with the elders before the people and smite the rock with the rod. Moses obeyed the command of the Lord and water was provided for the people. Your obedience to God would make everything on earth to obey you. 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

The Bible has clearly stated that all liars shall find themselves in the lake of fire, which burns with brimstone. With this frightening statement, humanity is still very adamant to change. Believers who are supposed to know better, are worse than those lost in the world, and who don't even believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Lying is one of the most grievous sins; it's like a womb that has the ability to conceive and give birth to its kind. Revelation 21:8 KJV

The Bible verse in today’s key text has become a very vital prayer point to almost every believer, irrespective of his or her denomination. I have seen many churches lead this prayer point, especially during group prayers. It's amazing to know that almost everyone is praying it the same way. Many pray it in respect of what they need or expect physically, here on earth. There’s the expectation of marriage, cars, houses, employment, visa for travelling, etc. They pray earnestly to see their needs being met. Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV

This is a subject every believer must be serious and careful about. Sometimes, we need to ask ourselves questions concerning our walk with God, to know if it would be able to stand the test of time. Our work as believers is a sensitive one, so it shouldn't be joked with, because one day, we will definitely give an account of our work to Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, it's a pity that some Christians are playing games with their salvation and eternity, by living in sin without considering the consequences of hellfire. 1 Peter 1:7 KJV

Many people today are in problems because of what they used their mouths to say. So many people, including a majority of believers, don't know when to be quiet. Today, many Christians are crying and saying that they want to hear from God. But how could that be possible when they themselves are busy talking and not giving time to meditate and listen to God? I weep for the people, especially believers who don't understand the times that we are in. Most believers are happy because we are in the time of grace of which am equally joyful, too. But do they really know what they are talking about? Do believers know we are in the most fragile and sensitive generation? Do they know we are in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit, which our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ spoke about? The time where one would not be forgiven if he or she spoke against or blasphemed the Holy Spirit? Matthew 12:37 KJV

The Lord is not just looking for believers, but He's looking for stable believers. Those who can stand no matter the situation; those who will not back off when the going gets tough; those who are not moved by the decisions of men, but by the directives of the Holy Spirit. Many believers are like butterflies; they are never stable. They jump from doctrine to doctrine, church to church, prophet to prophet. The Word of God is of less importance to such believers. All they want to hear are enticing words that would ease their minds. 2 Peter 2:14 KJV
