SIMPLY PUT; ENVY AND JEALOUSY 
So many Christians have misplaced envy for love and Jealousy for commendation. Sometimes, you would hear someone say; I love what you do. I want to do what you are doing. If you look deeply in the spirit, you will understand that it is just the lip that is saying I love what you do but the heart is full of envy and Jealousy. Acts 13:45

DOING GOOD THING OUT OF ENVY AND JEALOUSY

Some Christians, even pastors may go into compulsory fasting out of envy and Jealousy. It is a very good thing to fast and pray, but what is your motive? You want to be able to do what your brother, sister or co-pastor is doing or manifesting, so you go into envious fasting and prayers thinking God is a man that could be fooled. James 3: 14-16

SEARCH YOUR HEART AGAIN
Are you truly sure you are doing what you do because you like it? Are you sure you are doing what you do to the glory of God? Or you are being driven by envy and jealousy? Re-check the motive behind that business, ministry, car, or dressing or whatever you think you are doing or have. Are you not doing what you are doing simply because a friend or someone else is doing it? Are you not trying to prove to someone that you could also do what he or she does, out of envy and jealousy? I Corinthians 3:3

REPENT NOW 
You could repent now and start living your own life. You are living the life of whosoever you are envying or jealous of. Repent and confess your sins to God and confess to your friend if possible. James 4:7, 5:16a

PRAYER 
O Lord my heavenly Father, please deliver me from the spirit of envy and jealousy and grant unto me the right spirit to fulfil my own destiny in Jesus mighty Name.

I pray God would reveal his will and plans for your life to you in Jesus mighty Name
