TITLE: OCCUPY TILL I COME (PART 2)

KEY TEXT: Matthew 24:43 KJV: “But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.”

Where Christ meets us determines where we will go on the last day. All we have to do is to follow in the footsteps of Christ with all our hearts and make the Word of God our way of life. We should occupy until He comes in holiness and righteousness. If you are occupying in holiness and righteousness, Christ will say, “Welcome thou good and faithful servant” but if you are occupying in witchcraft, hatred, immorality, etc., what befalls disobedient people will fall upon you. This is because whatever a man sows, he must reap. 2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV

Even though there is an increase in churches, evil is spreading like wildfire in the world because everyone is trying to fight for their own belly. There are many angels of darkness that have transformed themselves into angels of light and it takes the grace of God to know who they are. They have structured their doctrines in such a way that if a believer is not careful, they will fall into their trap. Matthew 24:24 KJV

Occupying till He comes means that we should be able to call out and separate ourselves from evil men. God is telling us to forsake whatsoever that is taking our time to enter into the Ark of salvation He has made in the last days before it is closed. Make the Word of God your standard and trust in God, and in the end, you will be glad you did. Revelation 22:14 KJV

PRAYER: I refuse to walk in nakedness and be found in shame on the last day. I receive the grace to watch and keep my garment, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15 KJV).
