TITLE: NO ADVOCATE AT THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF GOD

KEY TEXT: Romans 14:12 KJV: “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” 

Many will forever regret in anguish when they find out that their so-called general overseer is nowhere to be found to defend the lies he preached to them while they were on earth, spending their hard earned money to buy their way to hell. Many believers have decided to follow the words of their pastors rather than the Word of God. Matthew 15:8-9 KJV

A lot of believers are ignorant of the fact that the Word of God will be the final authority. “I dreamt,” “I saw a revelation,” “I was told by my pastor,” “I was given a prophecy,” and every other excuse will make no sense before the judgment seat of Christ. No one will be justified by dreams or revelations. You may be seeing visions of Heaven and hell, but the Holy Spirit-inspired Word of God will be used to judge you. Matthew 7:21-23 KJV

DO NOT BE FOOLED: Millions of souls got to hell before knowing how foolish they were with their earthly, crafty wisdom. Many actually think they know what they are doing. They think they are wise in their chronic foolishness. What matters to God means nothing to them. They smile about what Jesus Christ cries and laments over. Many feel as if God is okay with them because their pastors are okay with what they are doing. Luke 6:24-26 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, have mercy on me, in any way I have been following my sinful ways and the lying ways of men instead of the truth of the gospel. Please help me follow your ways, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28 KJV).
