TITLE: BEWARE OF END-TIME DECEIVERS ON THE PULPITS

KEY TEXT: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27 KJV).

Most people are carefree about their eternal journey. Believers who supposedly read the Bible and know what eternity is all about are the worst in worldly attachment. One would expect all-round sobriety in today's church, considering how people are dying nowadays, but the reverse is the case. The children of God are the most carefree and worldly in this generation. It is of great concern how humanity is so blindfolded to the realities of eternity. It is baffling how Satan is able to manipulate the minds of people to forget that all will die someday and forever be in a place of no time and season. We are talking about a place where one’s free moral rights are taken away. We have all been given one life to prove ourselves before Jesus Christ. It is amazing how people are wasting the only chance they have to amend their ways, so that they do not meet themselves on the wrong irreversible and horrible side of eternity. 2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV

DO NOT LEARN HELLFIRE BY EXPERIENCE: There are some preachers of the gospel out there who have been given the assignment to erase the knowledge of eternity from the children of God. They are doing everything to build their minds on the things of this temporary world. Some denominations are so committed to their damnable work of deception. They tell people hellfire does not exist and are doing all they can to cover up the word hellfire from people by giving them the hope of going to Heaven, regardless of their sinful lifestyle. And their gullible followers would never ask their leaders the reason Jesus Christ suffered and died if there is no hell. What is the need of having holiness and righteousness? Why waste time serving God if both the godly and sinners are to end up in Heaven? Matthew 11:15  KJV

DO NOT BE FOOLED: As Apostle Paul cried out to the people of Galatia who once believed in the truth and later went back, so am I crying to the Christians of today. Most of them know the truth, but allow themselves to be fooled by so-called multinational, hell-bound preachers, because of the quest for material things. Beloved of God, I hope you haven't been bewitched by some sugarcoated tongue preachers? They will make you not to obey the truth that will save your soul. Run from those evil money and fame-seeking preachers. They will turn the gospel of truth that was revealed to you for your redemption into a lie to destroy your soul. How can you face the judgment of an angry God if you allow them to mislead you? Repent, watch, and pray. Galatians 3:1 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord, please have mercy on me, in any way I have fallen prey to the lies of the agents of the devil on the pulpits. I repent of my backsliding. Lord, grant me the grace to overcome the crafty, deception of the devil and his workforce, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves” (Matthew 7:15  KJV).
