TITLE: BEWARE OF EARTHLY PLEASURES 
 
KEY TEXT: “He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich” (Proverbs 21:17 KJV).
 
The majority of souls that are on their way to hell are as a result of the pleasures of this world. Most pastors who were burning in holiness, preaching the Word of God without compromise and were very strict against sin have gradually returned to their vomit. They are now revisiting their messages that used to offend people by removing the offence and heaven-bound words. They are sugar coating messages to make it go well with the people in order to retain their members or get more members. It is mind-boggling to see the theme that offends people, being taken from most church programmes. They are now using prosperity and breakthrough themes that are attractive to people all because of damnable, earthly pleasures. Romans 8:6-8 KJV
