TITLE: LIVING TO ACHIEVE AN INCORRUPTIBLE CROWN 

KEY TEXT: “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain” (1 Corinthians 9:24 KJV).

My dearly beloved in Christ, have you sincerely pondered or reflected on the seriousness and importance of today's key text? Has it occurred to you why millions of people are contesting for a single prize? Every contestant tries really hard by all means to get the prize. Every competitor is avoiding anyone or anything that could distract him or her from the desired goal of this race to Heaven. Within, every participant considers anyone or anything that could be a hindrance as an opposition or enemy until his or her race is over. Acts 17:26 KJV

HOW IMPORTANT IS YOUR RACE TO HEAVEN TO YOU? Do you know the danger or consequences involved if anyone fails to finish the race to Heaven that he or she is running with merit? It is very imperative for everyone to understand what the race to Heaven is all about. Not everyone knows that there is no second place allowed in this race. Secondly, no contestant is allowed to return home from where the winner is announced. My beloved, anyone who fails, heads straight to eternal destruction in a place called hell. If you have never heard of HELLFIRE, it is a place where anyone who misses Heaven goes to. It is a place of horror and unbearable torment. Do not go there! 2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV

GUARD YOUR CROWN JEALOUSLY: Beloved, nothing on earth is worth taking Heaven away from you. The regret in hellfire is everlasting. Anything that wants to take Heaven away from you should be considered an ENEMY. What is that thing in your life that is about to take Heaven away from you? Please, do not give it a chance. Absolutely nothing is good enough in this world to lose Heaven for. Take your race to Heaven more seriously than anything else. One day, you will definitely do away with everything on earth and face eternity. Why destroy your soul when you have every opportunity to save it now? Run away from every appearance of sin. Philippians 3:14 KJV 

PRAYER: My heavenly Father, please have mercy on me, in any way I have been running in the race to Heaven carelessly. Forgive me of all my sins and grant me the grace to run in the race patiently and faithfully till the end for my glorious crown of life, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION: “And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully” (2 Timothy 2:5 KJV).
